RETURN POLICY

Product Returns due to delivery error: In all cases in which products are delivered and/or received by the user and/or customer other than those purchased, the user and/or customer can return the products to the Trade Name, for the purpose of checking and finding the error, in a manner and in the place to be agreed upon communication between us, either by telephone or by e-mail. In this case, the costs of returning the products to the Trade Name as well as the shipping costs of the purchased product to the user and/or customer shall be borne by the Trade Name.

Refunds in the case of defective products: In case it is believed that the product received by the user and/or customer is defective, the user and/or customer must, within 14 days of the day of receipt of the product, send an e-mail to the Trade Name,  with the subject line “Refund due to a defective product”. This e-mail should give a brief description of the defect and include attachments of relevant photographs to identify it. If a defect is clearly depicted and established, the Trade Name will provide the user and/or customer with a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days.

In the event that the defect of the product is not evident in the photographs, the Trade Name may request shipment of the product to the offices of the Trade Name in order to carry out further inspection by contacting the user and/or the customer. The costs of sending the product to the Trade Name shall be borne by the user and/or customer. If the user and/or customer do not wish to be refunded but instead prefer for their order to be replaced, then the shipping costs of the replaced product to the user and/or customer, shall be borne the Trade Name. The user and/or customer reserves the right to visit on-site the store from which he/she purchased the product and is free to choose a product of the same price in order to replace his/her order. If the purchase price of the new product exceeds the purchase price of the defective product, then the user/customer will pay the difference.

In the event of cancellation of the transaction, the purchase price will be refunded to the user and/or customer in the same way in which the initial payment was made by the user and/or customer to the Trade Name.

In order to be returned, the defective products should carry their label.

Right of Withdrawal: The user and/or customer reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery and/or receipt of each product. The withdrawal shall be made under the following conditions:

The user and/or customer must, within 14 days of the date of delivery and/or receipt of the product, send an e-mail to the Trade Name, with the subject line “Cancel or change my order”. The reason for cancellation or change of the order is not required, but the distinguishing number of the product should be indicated in order for us to identify it. The user and/or customer must return the product in the exact same condition as they received it, and in any case with its label on. Shipping costs for returning the product shall be borne exclusively by the user and/or the customer. The product to be returned must be delivered to the registered office of the Trade Name.

When the Trade Name receives the product in question, it is obliged to refund the user and/or customer its purchase price no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. In this case, the refund of the market price shall be made in the same way as the initial payment was made by the user and/or customer to the Trade Name.

If the products returned are damaged or incomplete, the Trade Name reserves the right to claim compensation from the user and/or customer, the amount of which will be determined by the state of the products. The Trade Name also reserves the right to a total or partial set-off of that claim against the user and/or customer, unilaterally and without further notice to them.
